I was scammed on my bank account. The bank tried to set up a new account. She was unable to transfer my dd. Unknown to me 3 payments had gone through without my knowledge. 1 council bill sorted as soon as I knew. Water got paid but one call. No sympathy, charged me £15. Then while I was on-line (because you can't phone) they told me I wasn't covered for legal fees then I wasn't covered for burst pipes. Extra. Then they had the cheek to ask for good scores on this review. Won't be using them again. They don't value existing customers. And since when did everything become an add on.
