Been with them 2 years now issue but took so much to just try and change my vehicle that I just wanted to cancel. Multiple calls with promised call backs and a motorhome team who I don't think exists.
Thankfully I got I sorted in the end with the help of Shanon (SR8) who finally got it swapped for me to then review at renewal and gave me a little faith back in the company.
