I am in the last two weeks prior to my renewal. I called to see if my quote can be made more competitive. I then found out that my address needed to be changed and was told that I would be charged £14 to change the address. I will NOT pay to change my address for the last 14 days of my policy, especially as the quote is not competitive enough and therefore I may use an alternative insurer. I was then asked to hold the line, which I did for some time before being cut off. No one has bothered calling me back. Very poor service. I have received an email requesting a review for JR7.
