Call Onecom get put through to a different company to sort out windscreen who request Policy Number and expiry date - i dont have that in my vehicle. Staff just rude and i am asked to call back again and not press any options to obtain my details. I do this and after listening to the same message 3 times i eventually press an option (after being on hold and 13th in queue). Another miserable person gives me my details but cant confirm when i will get a call back or whether i can get a resolution today. Talk about palm off to an outsourced window company and have a "its not my job" attitude. I await a call to get sorted. I have children to collect this afternoon so i need to plan better than this.
