I'm sure the concept works for younger drivers/riders who are glued to phones all day but the entire on-line nonsense for me is just not worth it. "We value your call rubbish, you are 15th in line"... I'm 72 and might be dead by the time someone picks up! All I want to do is change vehicle and it seems only us old boomers who have any money these days. I don't have a multi-vehicle insurance and do not renew automatically (big con that one).... just a change in registration and vehicle...Voila, but it takes years! Back to the insurance geezer on the High Street...what's left of the High Street. I'd willingly pay more for contact with a human!
