They didn’t. Tried to get a renewal quote around 28 days before my insurance ran out. Online didn’t allow me to nor did it let me talking online
Then sent me a renewal letter at zero cost
Did chat online who said they will send me a quote but still waiting for it
Of course their rules say can only do 21 days before it expires
Needed to do it early as going abroad.
So not very customer friendly
Have had to go elsewhere to get my car insurance
