I am delighted with the customer service l got at One Call Insurance. The person I spoke to was Leanne, (LE6. Leanne - Warren -le6).
I had to confirm some detail on my car insurance renewal. Leanne also did her best with the price for a renewal but couldn't beat another company who was offering a quote.
In the end Leanne couldn't beat the new quote from elsewhere but was very good at asking questions.
