Absolutely not happy. Most companies I have insured with send the documents by email and you log into your set up account to access them. Not One Call who constantly send activation emails when I have already activated my account. Live chat informs me that it’s because I haven’t logged in again but I haven’t needed to. I’d just about had enough and asked to cancel as I’ve only had the policy for 7 days but was told I’d need to pay £50 to do this. Chances of me renewing this after a year are zero
