i rang to query/cancel my renewal as the price rise was quite high.
i chatted with an agent named Kadie - KT7.
i am assuming this was a female - whatever, the agent was very helpful, asked a couple of questions of me and then after a short wait came back to me with a much better price with less excess to pay if claim made.
Really good service and better than hanging around at the end of a phone for hours before you are dealt with.
Quite happy to continue using OneCall for another year.
