The staff member ib4, was friendly enough but mumbled every sentence, he was obviously reading from a script and then left me on hold for 10 minutes while he was checking with brokers. In that time I went and bought online with another company for £120 cheaper. I was disappointed as the last one call experience when I bought my other car's insurance was fine.
