Wasn't clear for me. I felt I was getting info I didnt ask for and wasn't getting the answers to the simple questions I was asking. The chat ended before I received the final response which I only read in the transcript. There should have been more time for me, the customer, to say I had the information I needed and that I was finished but this didn't happen. Chat was ended when I didn't expect it to but glad I got the transcript and could see that my message to leave my insurance in place was noted.
