Spoken to MC2 today to see if we can migrate the insurance over to a new address where I'm a lodger but was unable to do so. I found MC2 to be quite helpful and detailed when explaining how the process worked. I struggle with understanding everything that has been asked of me so I tend to ask multiple questions, but MC2 was patient when handling my case, which they handled quite quickly and effectively.
