The price is competitive. However, on switching to One Call I was unable to disable the automatic renewal option (which I hadn’t chosen). I have had to spend 30 minutes on a call with an agent trying to do this. They have made it very difficult to do. Because of this, I won’t be renewing with them, even if they’re competitively priced.
