The Auto renewal function didn’t work as I had selected not to. I had been charged for the year in one go. I calked this morning and got through easily. I spoke with Charlie EC1 who was so helpful. He managed to shave nearly £40 from my premium and sorted out refunding me what had been taken from my bank and set up a DD.
For that I am truly grateful and as I said to him they have good customer service when there are issues as well as a good product.
