Unfortunately had to cancel my policy as I was changing my car and the quote to change was too high. Since obtaining another policy I contacted One Call to cancel my current policy and after communication with NK3 was informed that another policy could have been sourced at a more competitive price. I think this could have been sorted if customers were able to speak personally with staff to avoid any confusion, but I appreciate your working practice. 5 out of 5 for NK3 though
