I wouldn't say "happy", more like satisfied. My Statement of Fact was incorrect on 5 counts and it's surprising that these items aren't referred to in the renewal invitation given that 'any' incorrect information can prejudice the insurance. Megan (MS2) made the adjustments, offered me extra 'VIP' cover and told me (on request) that the document would be updated within 24 hours. So MS2 did a good job, but OneCall could do better in my opinion, then I wouldn't need to spend 1/4 hour online making things right - and I didn't get even a single £1 off for the trouble!
