I spoke with EE3 this morning and Emily sorted out a problem which in my opinion could have been solved previously.
Emily went out of her way to give excellent Customer Service and is a credit to the Company. Good customer service deserves acknowledgement.
Emily is a person who in my opinion takes an active interest in her work and makes the customer feel important.
