I rang up with a simple query, the advisor seems unwilling to help, giving unclear anwers such as 'previous advisor WILL HAVE done..' But not confirming for me.
Also the tone of voice he used was condescending, I felt like by calling up I had been inconveniencing him from doing something other than his job.
Jack (the advisor)did not become helpful until I requested to his name down as reference for the unpleasant call.soon his tune changed. If this is how the customer service is on the first day I've joined you, I dread to think what's in store for me for the year ahead!
