got of to a bad start with one member of one call who sounded like he couldnt be botherd.he got agitated with a bad phone signal and after 20 minutes on the phone just hung up very ignorant and rude. but on phoning one call back i must have got the most helpfull person ever..sr8 ( shanon) what a girl sorted my re insurance out in no time with a very polite positive attitude and manor. wish she had picked the phone up in the first place. ten out of ten for sr8 shanon...
