I made a call to your company which took over half an hour to answer. By that time I was told that my online application wouldn't be processed until the following morning despite your site stating you were open for business until 10pm. The next morning my wife informed me that she wasn't on the policy as a named driver which I had added when I looked at your company through the moneysupermarket.com website. Even though the price of the policy was the same as quoted I was charged a £39 fee to change my policy which took all of 2 minutes. Needless to say I feel right ripped off !!!!
