TM1 very helpful in explaining all the additional hidden charges, IE £40 admin fees for 'no-fault' claims that 3rd parties made against their own insurance having hit an old vehicle of ours. You must Point this out st the beginning of any agreement or you will be charged and you will see an increase in your premium along with further increases in your cost per mile.
There are NO gestures of goodwill either.
