Annoyingly,...Yet again the 'AutoRenew' was not turned off. Is this the single most annoying feature of any insurers web portal? I hate it as it encourages the insurer not to try too hard to retain your business.
So, .. to the review - I was presented with a figure which was 'the best' One Call could do. But it wasn't was it! I managed to get a further 20% off the premium. This is exactly why I don't use 'Auto Renew' and you shouldn't either.
The Chat Agent was perfectly polite and quick to review the costs where a saving was made - surprise surprise.
Buyer beware!!
