Tommy my advisor tiday was absolutely amazing. He was very professional, patient and helpful. He explained everything so well to me and was so patient and informative. This type of customer service is so important to me as I have had many recent traumatic things to deal with recently (regarding my mother having a stroke) - and therefore, sorting out something (which might so simple to others) was a really big struggle for me to contend with. However, your advisor made this a very easy task for me to handle and was knowledgeable about the car insurance plan and explained it in a very calm, patient way and never once did he become irritated or impatient. It was a pleasant and sweat less experience and I thanked him for his professionalism and conduct. I feel that he should be considered for more senior roles within ‘One Call insurance.’ At the very least, I would like him to receive acknowledgment for his involvement and interaction with me today. I’m 50 years old and work in Mental Health and have a lot of life experiences and I could see that this advisor had the right skills and compassion to work in any customer service industry. I don’t normally leave reviews as it can be time consuming, but I feel he deserves some recognition for today’s call with me. Consequently, I took on another three year car insurance plan and with your company. I believe he is a valuable asset to your company.
