Thank you to JM3 for dealing with my change of vehicle details this morning so promptly. I had tried to use the portal and chat feature to change my cover to my new car which I am picking up on Friday which took me far too long as I am not that good with computers . I do feel though that to charge £24.00 on line to £42.50 with talking to a person and quickly resolving my problem was excessive but more accurate . It is in my opinion that customer service is what people need and it can’t be done on a keyboard. So again thank you JM3 you retained my business.
