Could not change details on line with new car. Had to use chat box and wait in a queue of 30 calls. Also phoned and waited in another queue and request a call back. Did not find this service customer friendly. Then to top it all the website stated that if the portal is not used the administration charge would be double. Registering a new car should not be so difficult.
