was sent a letter by email relating to an accident I reported, and was asked to fill out the form attached to the letter.
Yes- you guessed- no form attached to said letter sent by email. So I had to phone -at my cost- to get the form sent to me. Why bother making promises in a letter when you don't fulfil it!
at the end of the day- it's people that make - or don't make - things happen. Human error? sure- that's their day job!
