Today I contacted one call to cancel my insurance as I have found a cheaper quote of approx £60 cheaper.
Today I spoke to operator LN1. Lawrence (LN1) was very helpful and looked if he was able to lower the quote I had been given for renewal.
LN1 was very helpful, provided full information and a quote which matched the one I had been given. This meant I have remained with One call.
The only reason I have given a 4 is because of the amount. Of time I have spent on live chat trying to sort this out. I was in the 14th in the queue and I am sure operators are tasked to speak to more than one customer at a time.
So in all in all I was online for over an hour. It would have been much easier with a phone call but that was not an option.
