TM1 asked me to review him.
I could only cancel car insurance and request a refund by Live Chat.
I was in the Live Chat for the best part of an hour. By a call to a real person it could have been done in fifteen minutes.
Because it was Live Chat whenever we did not completely understand each other more typing was required.
I cannot give TM1 five stars because of the misunderstandings. They were only partly his fault. The system encourages problems.
