Called today about in’s Renewal and a quite significant rise I’m my premiums from. Last year I spoke to TS3 who was really very helpful and patient I’m 72 years old and can be a bit slow but TS3 helped me understand the policy and got me a discount well done I’m delighted .
Also my call was answered promptly and it was so good to speak to a real person .
