Really good customer service from Jade (JS4).
I phoned up quite annoyed as I had had my home insurance renewed without my authorisation and money taken from my bank. However she was extremely calm and understanding and de-escalated the situation really quickly. She gave good, clear advice and helped me navigate the various offers and was able to find one that was much cheaper than the original cost. I was very impressed with her manner and knowledge and would definitely use One-Call again.
