I spoke to ALLEN ref AE1 today regarding my car insurance renewal. I had only found out today that my insurance policy was for an incorrect vehicle even though the registration number was correct. I had purchased my vehicle 6 months ago and upgraded online as found it to difficult and time consuming to speak to somebody. It soon become apparent a substitute vehicle was used as my model was not picked up. I was not happy with this as my premium was more expensive. It took nearly an hour on the phone to resolve and with AE1 persistance we came to a reasonable outcome for both parties. Thankyou Allen.
