I received a Renewal e-mail for my House Contents Insurance and thought the price in comparison to last year was a bit steep. So I had a Live Chat with a chap named Alex AF1. After checking a few details Alex was able to quote me a reduced fee that was more than acceptable, as I stated in the chat when you are an OAP with 5 grandchildren every penny counts when Christmas comes around. One Call senior management should count themselves lucky that they have Alex AF1 in their Customer Services Department. I wish all of my calls to essential service company's (Utilities etc) were dealt with as professionally as Alex dealt with my query.
