Rang to renew insurance. Possible long wait so pressed 1 for a call-back. Didn’t have to wait too long before I got the call back. Spoke to **JS4** who discussed my renewal with me. I am not a friend of ‘talking to machines’ and prefer talking’ to a real person. Thankfully JS4 proved to be an excellent ambassador for OneCall and we were able to renew over the phone.
