I was number 9 in the phone queue and have pressed for a call back decided to use the chat facility. I was number 5 but it moved quite quick. An agen called ++KT7++ was on line. He was very quick, very polite and my insurance renewal was done and dusted in 10 minutes.
It was almost worth the wait! Of course due to sod's law I got a call back from One Call whist chatting, so suddenly I had two agents offering to help. I cancelled the phone call.
