Claims service is horrendous. All areas act independently and no one takes responsibility for claim. I want to speak to ONE person as per Company name and not 10 people and get lost in live chats repeatedly. However, the person who dealt with my new change of vehicle was professional and did all they could on their side. Four stars is for their customer service. One star for everyone else!
