Needed to change my car details. The Portal wouldn't accept me as an existing customer.. After 70 minutes and 4 queses (one of 22nd place), I came across MeganF7 Well done Megan F, honey your the best. No hassles, changed my details, cancelled the previous policy, was even able to fix my portal problem. Great Experience (but sort your Portal problems out OneCall!).
