Had problems logging in to my online account for my car insurance - didn't seem to recognise my details. I used the Chat option - heart sank when I saw I was 16th in queue but things went quickly and not too long a wait. Having explained the problem, the operator (George) passed me on to another colleague (Charlie, CH5) so another wait in a queue but all in all, not too long to wait. Charlie managed to find my email address in their system and quickly sent me a reset password email. This worked fine and I am now in my account.
