Recently renewed my car insurance with Onecall , only to be contacted by the Police , telling me that my vehicle was showing as "uninsured" on the Motor Insurance Database , which they use to track uninsured vehicles . Spoke to several Onecall operatives who said there was nothing they could do . Eventually spoke to FS2 , who said that she would contact the underwriters , and get back to me . 10 minutes later she called me back , stating that it would be resolved in the next 24 hours .
. That is exactly what happened . Well done FS2 . Thank you very much for your excellent work
