Randomly got an email stating they were going to end my policy with no explanation, I explored adding my partner and parking on his drive but was quoted over £100 to change policy so decided against it, one call decided to update my address anyway and not tell me, then proceed to send me a message to say they will end my policy. Waited about an hour to speak to someone online as they wouldn’t talk to me over the phone, when I eventually got through to someone I had to wait 5-10 minutes per reply. They didn’t really help or explain the situation and left me with the choice of paying £55 to cancel my policy / even though they cancelled it, not me. Or pay an £81 amendment fee to change address, even though I didn’t wish to change my address.
