I used the chat function on the One Call Website as I was an existing customer. I was 14th in the queue initially as they were evidently busy. This is August when alot of insurance renews so understandable. I needed to renew my existing policy at a different day due to other committments. EW3 was very helpful, pretty fast, grasped my requirements quickly, helped me evaluate a "breakdown" upgrade. We got the whole renewal achieved with clarity but at a good pace. The price was £9.00 more than a comparison site, but I have been happy with One Call and decided to stay with them due to the good service I was receiving. Thank you EW3
