I was very pleased to way EK4 handled my enquiry I don’t like using the portal a would sooner speak to someone on the phone 📞 but I cannot find a phone number for the correct department you make it very hard to get in touch with you I have recommended you a few friends when the use the phone numbers I give them these numbers don’t exist . The insurance I have is very good but ithink you could be losing customers because not everbody wants to use a portol
