Spoke to Leanne Warren (LE6) and explained that I had a hearing impediment and asked her to speak slower. Shop spoke clearly and slowly so that I could hear and understand everything. She gave me a really good deal with lots of cover and very reasonably priced. I felt very pleased with the outcome of their call to me.
