My wife car was insurance finished recently, fantastic setup and easy portal when joining one call, but completely downhill from then on. When making a claim (non fault), portal setup great downloaded everything required then nothing kept asking for any update online nothing for months!!! then kept calling finally got someone complained about portal promises made Nothing progressed!!! 7+months went by still waiting. Making any claim is where it all goes wrong with this companyno actual contact of any sort!! Communication appauling!
