Spoke with Harry HP1 who was very efficient and friendly - 5 stars all the way! He advised that another department would be in touch regarding my changes within 30 minutes. This never happened - no confirmation, no text, no links sent to e-mail. Tried phoning today, but no customer service on Saturdays (although the website says it does). I basically drove about yesterday not knowing if I had insurance or not.......Absolutely woeful customer service!
