I was looking to renew our car insurance policy and spoke with Leanne LE6.leanne Warren-leb, she was extremely polite and very patient with me, as I am slightly hard of hearing. Leanne was able to offer me a much more competitive renewal premium which I accepted after shopping around, this is my 3rd year running with One Call insurance. It was refreshing to talk to a person that was both helpful and very nice with helping me with our Car insurance renewal. I hope to call her again next year.
