Adding a driver to the policy was easy via chat. The agent GB3 was helpful & direct, I can not fault the agent.
The only issue I would raise was that I had completed all the details on the portal before contacting the agent and the portal advised that it was unable to provide a quote at that time, which is why I had to go through the agent, which then meant I was charged an admin fee. The agent asked me to confirm if all the details were correct which I did so no further information was required from myself to be input.
Logically its not my fault if the portal didn't provide the quote so I'm not sure why the admin fee was not waived.
