Just had a webchat with KT1, very helpful young lady and managed to sort out my question.
I renewal for 1/3 more than the previous year, having other companies i could get the insurance a cheap as last year. Called uop one call and hay prestoe, they could match last years price.
Why do insurance companies do this price hike, its not great customer service in the first instance. KT1 was very helpful
