AR5 agent handled my chat, the process was quick and i reduced my premium so i am pleased with that, I did feel rushed though as the box came up saying i was innactive during the chat, that was while i was thinking what to type, plus my typing is slow so i don't know how we get around that? but if the end result is what i think then i am happy enough.
