Recently lost both my parents in quick succession. Really difficult time and so many issues to deal with. Phoned One Call to sort their car insurance out. Must admit I had a sense of dread thinking I would have to jump through all sorts of admin and other processes but the woman who answered (Leanne Warren-le6) was brilliant. Very sensitive and kind about my parents and ran through options for extending/amending the insurance, given the circumstances. Also very helpful with price options.
