The person I spoke to today (EK2) was extremely helpful and resolved what had appeared to be a mounting problem. I had previously experienced issues using the portal chat line when my credit card payment had a problem and then with a telephone conversation when the call suddenly disconnected. (All very time consuming.)
What I appreciated very much in my dealing with Erica was that she spoke clearly and relatively slowly rather than gabbling which can lead to difficulties over a less-than-perfect line. Full marks to Erica, EK2.
